Suppe p\u00fcrieren und mit Maisst\u00e4rke andicken. Bei l\u00e4ngeren Standzeiten \u00e4ndert sich die Farbe von frisch gr\u00fcn in einen braun-gr\u00fcnen Ton. Der Geschmack bleibt aber unver\u00e4ndert.
